Terms of Use

Galaxy CRM Hub lets contractors and service businesses organize projects into stages, track deadlines and progress, and share live updates with clients and team members by invitation and email.

• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and in the projects you own.

• Free plan. You can run up to 2 active projects at no cost.
• Licenses. Additional active projects require a paid license, valid for 30 days from activation. Current prices are shown in the app before you pay.
• Billing. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices may change; changes won’t affect licenses you have already purchased.
• Refunds. Licenses are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right.
• Expired licenses. When a license period ends, the project stays visible but is locked until you activate a free or paid slot.

You own the content you add to the Service (projects, stages, notes and so on). You give us a limited permission to host, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you and the people you share it with.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to share it, including any personal information about your clients.

When you invite someone, you confirm that you have a legitimate reason to contact them about the project. Invited people receive project emails and can turn off notifications at any time. Don’t use invitations to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights using the Service;
• upload malicious code or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;
• overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces what you’ve paid for, we’ll let you know in advance.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put other users or the Service at risk. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice and a chance to export your data first.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Galaxy CRM Hub is a project-tracking tool; it does not provide legal, financial or construction advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxy CRM Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and hold Galaxy CRM Hub harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
